What We Do
We Provide a Broad Range of IT Support
Most of our clients are small to mid size businesses. Many have multiple servers, and most have a maximum of 50 PC’s. We offer competitive service contracts that include weekly on-site service.
We do specialize in medical offices. We have a mix of doctors offices, surgery centers and ophthalmologists. We provide EHR/EMR support along with hardware support including PACS, DICOM and network interfaced diagnostic equipment.
We also provide support to business including manufacturers, retail, and construction. We help all out customers source, install and configure computers and peripherals. We also help them move to VoIP, email and web services.
Security is a real focus for us. Along with firewalls and antivirus software we install network and server monitoring software to catch issues before they become problems.

On Site Support
While many issues can be resolved remotely, for some issues you just need someone to come to the site and fix the problem. That is not an issue with us. Many of our customers have support contracts that include weekly hours on site. This on site time allows us to fix things before they become problems
